WOW!! The service and inconsiste nt informatio n is ridiculous !!!!!!!

I am so frustrated with AT&T and the U-Verse service. No one knows what is going on. I signed up for the promotion in February-$19.95 for one year- and they are still charging me the full price. I have spoke with at least four different people saying the promotion was applied to my account and the $19.95 would start after the second billing cycle. Okay... well i called today and now she said that it isn't showing on my account -NO PROMOTION- and now they do not offer it or any promotion so... OOPS sorry but no promotion for you, how convenient!! This is crappy, shady, stupid service!
