I moved, had to convert from DSL to Uverse. Speeds were promised to be comparable and they're aweful. .7 Mbps on average now, wireless or wired, 11 am or 2 am. I've been under contract for 6 months. What's the buy out fee? Time Warner looking like a better option. I can't even get all the images to load on a page like Google Images, Netflix, or Facebook. Van Nuys, CA Uverse is aweful.

I know they have 6 month promotional pricing, but did not realize they had a 6 month term/contract involving an Early Termination Fee.
That being said, you should definately be getting better speed than that. Have you called in and/or had a service tech out to your home? If so, and the problem still exists. I would contact Alex . He will have the proper people contact you to resolve your issues.

I seem to remember seeing $15 per month early. Could be wrong though.
