Dear Att Staff
Att charged me $210 for technician visit (San Francisco) that I didn't order. Your billing department doesn't want to refund me money.

WRONGFULLY CHARGED AND NOT DELIVERED INTERNET SERVICE FROM AT&T
Since I was unable for several months to get a helpful response from AT&T, I have to file a complaint to BBB, FCC, Attorney General office and PUC.
AT&T took wrongfully $210 from my account for a technician visit and work that I never ordered. Also, for almost a year I have no internet connection that I am paying for.
On April 27, 2012, I called AT&T and told them that my internet connection has under 1 Mbps speed and I am paying for 6 Mbps. Also, I asked them if they can remove some phone box attached for previous tenants on external wall of the house, if its AT&T’s. They tried to help me online with my internet connection, and it didn’t work. Then, they said they will send someone FREE OF CHARGE to check if its their box on my wall, so they can remove it. On April 28th 2012a technician Songrid came to my house and told me that the outside box is not AT&Ts and he replaced my old internet modem with new one, what I didn’t ask for. But, he said is free of charge. But, he warned me to call AT&T and tell them not to charge me for this visit because he saw that AT&T MADE A MISTAKE WHEN THEY SETUP AN ORDER for visit. A technician didn’t do any other work except replacing a modem what was free of charge. I called the same day AT&T and several times after and they never solved the problem. They always make up different stories for billing me $210. First, they said they installed some voice jack, the next time they said, they run some cables through my house,…. And lies, lies and lies.
For many days, after many hours of waiting on the phone line to discuss my issue with AT&T agents, I couldn’t get help. My internet is still under 1Mbps and I am paying for 6 Mbps, even after they sent several times technicians to solve the problem. And, they charged me $210 for something that they never did, and I didn’t ask.
I was asking AT&T to refund me only $210 wrongfully charged, and I will forgive them for one year of undelivered internet service. But, AT&T agents and managers just didn’t care at all.
