dropped uverse after cancelling my internet, and billing was very confusing going forward. continued to pay my wireless, and received a notice of collection from uverse. wireless and uverse systems do not talk to each other is what i was told over the phone on 3 occassions after trying to resolve the supposedly non payment of bill. i was promised numerous call backs to which none happened.
i haven't missed a bill since being a customer and now after a descrepancy of which no att customer service could explain clearly to me why i had an outstanding invoice, i received a collection notice.
not happy. i hope i get a call from customer service after they read this so i can come to resolution!
