Just got my latest U-Verse bill.
Last month, they ran a promo for HBO/Cinemax. Three months free. Click, click, click. Done. Very nice I thought.
Now I notice a $10 charge for a "change fee" buried deep in the bill.
Odd, never mentioned during the actual change. No notification that any change will incur a fee.
Complete fraud!!!!!!!
I think it's time to report them to the BBB.

Yes. Absolutely agree. I applied U-verse TV and internet on March,16 2012. The sales man told me:" if you do not like it, just cancel it. It is totally free. But after I cancelled it on APRIL 11. I received a more than $100 bill. How come they did it? ATT are fraud. Cheating!

What salesman? If a door to door one, they are outright liars in most cases, just to make the 'sale'.
