OK I tried uverse internet didn't work out...so waited for about 6mo now i'm trying it again.
I see the bill showing a "plan changes" fee for $7.99. what the heck is this for? How can it be plan change when i just signed up and activation date was on 5/15/2012? could someone plse clarify this fee..before i cancel service again within 30 days!

"Plan changes" fee represent the charges for your prorated billing period from the date of your install to the beginning of your first full billing period. Your first billing includes a full billing period plus the prorated billing period. Subsequent bills will cover only one billing period.

The prorated billing period (i.e. plan changes) only applies to your first U-verse bill.
