regardiing service from representative at ATT

Please tell me how to notify ATT VIPS about service received from an ATT representative. I was on the phone over the weekend and today with ATT customer services agents and need to speak to a VIP or at least email someone at ATT> I cannot find a place where to email or who to call. I have the names and the offices where the agents are located.

Haven't ever heard of AT&T "VIPS". If you were talking to someone over the weekend it had to be technical support since customer service (CS) is not open weekends.

Unfortunately there is no way to email AT&T/U-verse since they no longer accept emails. Only way is if you have an employee's direct email address they gave you.

Is this a U-verse issue? The reason I ask is this is a U-verse peer to peer forum. Maybe if you can offer some additional info on what you're trying to contact them for we could offer some contacts. You can call TS directly using the number in my sig. If you want to call CS direct use 800-983-2811 (M-F, 8-6).

The only thing that I know of is calling cs and asking for a supervisor.  It would be good if you have the name and ID no. of the CSRs you talked to.   Somebody may come along and give you an address or some other info to contact ATT.
