I am being installed tomorrow, and I have yet to receive a 4 digit passcode in the mail. Is this the same as the pin# I entered when ordering?

Yes. The 4 digit passcode is one that is chosen by the customer. AT&T does not assign the passcode.

Most likely, so try it if you're asked for one. Usually only if the actual person that ordered it isn't there they will ask for it. Sometimes when you call in they will ask for it also. ![]()

Alright thanks. In my e-mail they said watch for my passcode in the mail, so I just wanted to make sure.

When I had my service installed, I chose the 4 digit passcode at the time I scheduled my install. I also received a letter in the mail from AT&T with my passcode and a suggestion to keep the letter in a safe place in case I ever forget the passcode that I chose.
