A Big Thankyou to Andrew!

I just want to send along a huge compliment to the Service Tech who came out to our house to install U-verse yesterday! His name is Andrew and the service location is Burlington, CT. He arrived on time at 1:00pm, gotta love that! And, left our house at 11:30pm!! That had got to be his longest call ever. He was diligent in getting his work done but was held up by other parties and line issues. Andrew was pleasant throughout his time at our house despite being waaaay past dinner time and clearly over worked. He was at our house so long our dogs finally stopped looking for attention from him and settled down with him like he was one of us! Kudos to Andrew! AT&T, he's a keeper and deserves recognition!

Nice to see positive posts on here. It's also cases like this where your install took longer than anticipated that causes other to miss their appointments. It doesn't help that AT&T doesn't always call to inform the next appointment(s) that the installer probably won't be able to make it.
