Just got off the phone with AT&T Customer Service regarding my first bill. It was the absolute worst experience I have ever had....
They just charged me $160 for the privilege of paying them $180 a month for the next 12 months....
I signed up for ConnecTech because I had almost 10 devices connected to my router. The ConnecTech installation technician just connects the AT&T router to my existing Router, nothing else. A regular installer could have done that. Didn't need to spend that $50.
I order 6 boxes for 6 TV's. 5 of them were pre-wired. They charged me $55 to wire the other TV. What if this was a new house. Would they have charged me $530 to hook up the 6 TV's?
After the installation, my HD TV would not play on demand or recorded shows. We place a service call and they charge me another $55 to fix some wire.
Then I walk outside and look at the side of my house where they ran the wires for $55. It looks like some 12 old year child installed the wires. Black wires on a clay colored house and not clips to hold the wires in place. They didn't even try to hide the wires.
I was with Charter Communications for over 25 years and never had this type of problem.
I recommend Charter Communications....I know that's where I am going....
