Can not log in to pay my final bill.

I disconnected my service in November and I have not received my final bill. I've tried to log on to the website and it seems like since I'm no longer a U-Verse customer, I can't log in. I just want a way to get this resolved with out a phone call because I am currently on deployment out to sea and the phone services are not very reliable. Is there an email address that AT&T has for customer service because that is my best form of communication and I would like to get this taken care of right away.

Since your account has been discontinued, you cannot log into your account online. Send a PM to Alex who is an AT&T Community Manager on this forum.

I've tried to PM Alex and he hasn't responded. Is there anyone else I should try to contact. Calling CS isn't an option because I'm out to sea and access to a phone isn't really reliable.

Alex is out for a few days, so contact Julie, the AT&T Community Specialist that helped many users infront/behind the forum scene, by Private Message (her response, blue letter in upper right are PMs). Include your full name, account # and good phone #.:
