Did you use the website to submit an Address Search Request?

Yep. I've been using the AT&T U-verse website to check on availability for quite some time. My address still shows not available. But my next-door neighbor shows available, along with several houses adjacent to my house on the same street. And several houses on my street have active U-verse service.

Other than having an Address Search Request conduced, I'm not sure what else can be done. The results of the research indicated that your home does not qualify for U-verse service.
You might try sending a PM to Alex who is an AT&T Community Manager on this forum to see if there is anything else that can be done.
Also, check the settings on your account to make sure that you will receive email notification when a PM is received on this forum.
