Can't login to Uverse online

When I go to the http://uverseonline.att.net/home page and select "U-verse Member Login" I get prompted for my user id and password. After entering my info I'm presented with a blank page.
This used to happen with the Firefox browser, but if I used IE, I could login and browse the site normally.
Now I get the same blank screen with IE and Firefox. Can't use Uverse on line at all now!!!

I've also been experiencing the same thing for the last several days. I'm thinking the site must be having problems.

I just logged in to my account and had no issues accessing anything on there.

What changed for me few days ago is that now when I attempt to log in I get the following message in red:
We are sorry, but you are not authorized to access this web site. Please verify you are authorized etc, etc.
I don't remember seeing that before, but I can't swear that it wasn't there. I still get the same blank page loading forever as the OP.

I got the blank page first time, but went back and clicked 'keep me signed up for 2 weeks', an overlay came up explaining it and clicked 'keep me signed up' and the sign-in went thru. ![]()

I'm trying to access it from work, and I'm pretty sure I've narrowed it down. I get a connection timeout and the page just fails to load when I try to log in. Same thing for my co-worker. But I noticed something with the URL...
It dies on this URL: https://myattp2w86.att.com:8443/commonLogin/igate_wam/multiLogin.do
The part highlighted in red is the port number the browser is trying to access the site on, and 8443 is not a standard port. HTTPS normally goes over 443. In my case, I know it's getting blocked by the corporate firewall. This is definitely a new thing, because I log in every month from work to get a copy of my bill for reimbursement, and this is the first month I've had a problem.
I don't know why AT&T would choose to do such a thing, but I sincerely hope they change it back soon. It's irritating and unneccessary.

I just tried logging in and had no problem. Quick & easy. Wonder if it could be a regional problem.

It has been over a week now. Really - ATT - Get your act together. I'm looking at the cox bundles and this just pushes me a little closer.

Also having problems with my wireless login as well. ATT - not cool. I'm paying for features that I cannot access.

Have you tried calling cs and let them know about your login issues. This problem seems to be regional and not national.

For what it's worth, I can log in with no problems with my imac, but the pc laptop just won't cooperate. This is definitely a brain teaser. I've also started using the web remote access more, so this is not a big crisis, at least for me.

I opened up port 8443 and then tried to login. Still no go, get the blank screen.

Just spent some time with AT&T help chat. Looks like the problem is with the browsers.
I cleared the cache and cookies from IE but it didn't help. Still got the blank screen.
Cleared the cache and cookies from Firefox and was immedeitly able to login.
I was able to login using a different computer on the same network.
Don't know why IE won't clear the problem, I'll continue to look at it.
EDIT: On IE8 when you delete browsing history you have to uncheck "Preserve Favorites website data" or everything will not be cleared.
Once I did this I was able to login with IE.

I am not able to locate that option, where is it ?

Tools, Internet Options. When you click the delete button under browsing history, another window will pop up with that and several other options.

I wondered if your issue was browser related. Glad you can at least login with your Mac and with FF.

I'm having the same problems logging into my account and I have tried 3 different computers. After I give the login information, I just get a blank page.

I have similar problem and it has never been resolved. When I try to logon to uverse online from ANY computer I get an error screen and cannot get past it. The same ID works for the iPhone app and all my other ATT access (account management, email, etc). I have worked with online tech support both chat and phone. They told me they had forwarded the problem to the next level, but I guess that level is the same black hole of support as attesupport@att.com.
Not sure where else to turn except another service provider, this seems like a simple fix of removing any trace of my ID from the uverseonline database and adding back like I am a new subscriber, but what does this 30 yr veteran of IT support know....

Cookies are a possible problem. I believe it wants you to accept cookies so it can identify you in the future.
You may have gotten a cookie that is blocking you. Either clear your cookies ( may cause speed bumps on other sites) or use a computer that you have not used before making sure it accepts cookies.
Also, make sure you accept pop-ups.
What link are you trying. MAybe I can suggest another.
