When I look at the details on my credit report, it doesn't show all my on-time payments to ATT. Why dont' they report these to the credit bureaus? I've had credit reports in the past where utilities reported my paayments

Because they are not required to. I've never seen any utility company report to a credit bureau unless the account was delinquent.

I have only ever seen revolving type credit and loans (mortgage, car loans etc) on my credit report.
Per this website, it is up to the utility whether to report it and most don't. Could you imagine the extra overhead that utility companies would take on if they reported each payment and then have to defend themselves for each disagreement? I bet that Netflix doesn't report, either. ![]()
