Disappoint ed, Frustrated Upset Customer

Hello,
After i'm frsutrated with these {word filter evasion} at ATT Uverse department, i wanted to venge out my disappointment, i found this site. After all I think i'm not alone being frustrated and disappointed customer with these at ATT Uverse.
I'm facing utterly non sense customer service with these guys for past 3 months or so...and i don't think it'll be ending soon.
To start with, I placed DSL service order for 6 mbps speed. I got this installed after several calls and troubleshooting. Once i have this service, to the utter disappointment, i only get 1 mbps speed which is crawling speed. ATT have no idea when i asked why didn't i get the requested speed. The tech tells me to upgrade to Uverse where i'll get better speeds. Ok at this point, i was ready to give up on DSL and try Uverse.
More than 2 months back i place the order for Uverse Internet & TV and i got the installation date after 3 weeks. I called Customer Service to advance the date but they were busy it being holidays. Ok i wait patiently 3 weeks when i get the call from them day before the installation that they cannot install on the due date. They have so called some facilities issue but no other details what so ever. From then i made several calls wasting my precious hours and hours to the Customer Service but each one gives me a different answer and they have no idea when i can get the service.
Finally one day they provide me with installation date again. Still without trusting these guys i made several calls to them to ask is everything ok to get the service installed. I keep getting the response that everything is ok and service will be installed on the due date.
Come due date, i again get that Dreaded call saying...'We cannot install...' I say What the heck...? It's been more than 2 months but these guys have no idea when the service can be installed. When i check the Due Date online, it says 2036. May be they'll provide it for my Grand Grand Sons.
This is the Worst Customer Service i got in my life. Stick in their Ashes for their Customer Service.

I am feeling the same way about my uverse and my final bill with att. I have been on hold for hours which seems like days and no one has taken the time to resolve my issue. instead i get transferred all around the country to someone that always say, you are in the wrong department please let me transfer you. i refuse to spend any more time with ATt and this matter.
