yup, and for more than a year the putzs have been hammering DSL customers with a cap that is 40% lower than the non-imposed cap Uverse customers have, the dirty rotten rat bast\ards. 
The whole cap thing is nothing but another way for AT&T to hose the customer for more money, because it's not how much data you use in a month that causes congestion, it's how much everyone uses at any given point in time. In other words it's the speed of the connections that causes AT&T's network congestion. I say network because it's just AT&T's network that has a problem, not the Internet as AT&T claims.

That's because they want you to switch to UV HSI, even if it's not available in your area. 
I think they'll have a hard time with this one since they push us to watch/use streaming/downloadable content from ATTs site! How do you draw the lines?
