Excellent customer service is given by chris in Arizona

I wanted to take a minute and make sure that Chris in AZ is recognized for the excellent customer service today. These days its not easy to get assistance and assistance with a smile threw the phone is a valuable tool and Chris indeed accomplished this. He was awesome with handling the problem I was having with the key and he walked me threw the steps with great easy. I am very grateful that I got Chris on the other line of my call and I want everyone at ATT to know how much I appreciated him. Great job Chris and keep smiling it does make a difference...
