This evening, while watching He!!'s Kitchen on our Uverse DVR, my wife and I suddenly lost our television signal. Not only had we lost live TV but the DVR wouldn't even come up. All we saw was snow and static on the screen.
I decided to use online Chat to contact Uverse Support for the first time ever. I thought it was strange that my internet service was still working but that the TV service was down, so I used Chat and ended up being helped by an individual named Lucky.
Not only was Lucky able to determine what was wrong with my service and fix it promptly, but he proactively assisted my wife and I with other matters he came across. Lucky was thorough and very pleasant to work with throughout the entire chat. Lucky brightly embodies how customer service should always be in every company around the world. As a customer support manager, I would be very proud and consider myself quite fortunate to have Lucky as a member of my staff.
