I am at my wits end. For three days I have had intermittent service with Uverse on all services. This has happened after having about 7 months or so of great everything. They sent a tech out three days ago. Yesterday he changed the gateway and a outside line tech was to fix it. That got put off till this morning and they were suppose to call me 3 hours ago. Now I have no phone service at all. This is so frustrating. Everyone I call at ATT gives me the run around and promises this will be fixed. This is the last day for me as if it isn't fixed today all my services will me moved to another provider. I can't handle AT&T's costomer service or tech support.

Since TS is not helping, I'd contact David and his tier2 team here:

Follow the directions under TROUBLES w/UVerse or install problems and hopefully they will solve your problem, let us know what happens. Good luck. ![]()

Thank you for getting back with me. After spending a day without internet or phone, I finaly got ahold of tier 2 tech support only to be disconnected within three minutes and I wasn't even using my home phone. I called again and rebooted my modem and have internet now but intermitent phone. They are sending out a supervisor tech. When someone calls my home phone, it either rings busy or says the number is not longer in service. It depends which service you are using to call. This is too much for me and not worth the money I pay. I will try level two tech one more time tho and if my issue is not resolved I see no other option but to use another utility for all my services.

David's tech2 guys are very good at fixing the things regular TS can not fix, so I'd go to his webpage and send an email. Hopefully you'd hear from them Monday. ![]()
