Getting infromatio n about uverse and interent install

I moved two streets over to a new home and called to have Uverse and internet transfered. After my wife stayed at home all day afternoon on Tuseday 6/19 I had to call to find out why no one showed up. I have had uverse and interent for years had have had no issues with them besides minor things up until now. Customer service has tried to help but the questions I need answered they cannot. I was told there was an issue with the line. Now everyone else in the neighborhood has access but I can't seem to get it. I was told it had something to do with the line outside the house. Someone was at the house yesterday for 30 miuntes dug a line up and put everthing back in 30 miuntes and did not say a word to me and they knew I was home because I went out there and talked to them. All I want to know is why I never got a call telling them my service would be delayed before hand and when can i expect to have internet and TV. I need to get a hold of someone that can acutally help me and give me answers.

Thank you. I sent him a message. I am debating on staying with Uverse at this point. If I did not need my internet for work I would not worry about the delays. in getting Uverse and internet set up. Put I just got off with Customer service again. They said the work on the lines outside the house is scheduled to be completed tomorrw. They cannot tell me why they showed up yeterday at 1:05 with a ditch digger, 6 roles of cables, and 4 guys to work and left after 30 miuntes without fixing the issue. One person told me today once they get it fixed they will call me within 48 hours to schedule a Tec to come out a finish the inside install. Another person told me that they would call me right after it was done to scehudle a Tec. I work for a copany now that does installs and consulting services and when you tell a customer they will be out there at 1 we are out there. We don't say they will be out there sometime this week and it should be done in 3 days. And if there is an issue with getting done we tell them why. The customer service has been great and have kept there cool with me which I good but they don't get the information needed to inform the customer what is going on. Like I said if I did not need my service out the house for work I would just say ok and go on with my day. Thanks for you help but I don't see this getting resolved anytime soon. I am talking with the wife now and may have to go with soneome else since I cannot get a staight answer.

Changed the date on me again to get the lines outside the house fixed. No one can give me a staright answer on what is going on. And all you get is the stanard line. All I want is a staright answers. I know suddenlink is not as good a uverse but I guess I am going to have to try and get them out there I cannot just sent around and wait for uverse to give me service.

Contacting Alex left me know where. I still have had to call in. I got one call from his team and they left me a message that they are looking into the issue and they would call me back. And guess what know one has called me back. Still without service. I really hoped this would help but I guess not. I am done at this point.
