On February 22, I got a service call from a technician, Brandon (ATT Southeast). He not only corrected some problems I'd been experiencing for weeks but went out of his way to identify them and rule out other possibilities. Does this sound like the kind of support we should get? Yes, but it rarely works that way. After a couple of hours of work and apparently solving the problem, Brandon left only to return after 20 minutes to say that he'd checked again and found further problems that he wanted to work on. He spent another 3 hours at my place until it was working perfectly. No problems since.
This forum is the only way I can find to report the good work of this great employee. I hope he gets rewarded by ATT

Send a PM to Alex who is an AT&T Community Manager on this forum. He can make sure that the information is passed on to Brandon's manager.
