How do you contact ATT complaint via mail?

Does anyone know how to contact ATT complaint Dept.?
Do they have a complaint Department?
Does anyone know of a corp. Address or contact I can write a formal complaint to?

So I'm being billed for a service that hasn't even been installed yet. I called to see if they would adjust my bill so I didn't have to pay for the month that hasn't been used because I was in the middle of switching companies. The representative I spoke with very frankly told me know. I asked if I could speak to a supervisor. I'm not arguing paying for the equipment or anything like that I just don't want to have to pay for the time it wasn't even installed. I would like to try the U-verse out, but the supervisor who was supposed to call me back sometime before 2:00 today hasn't called at all. I can't believe I'm having so much trouble working out a $36.00 problem. I'm starting to think that maybe cheaper isn't always better. If this really can't be adjusted I may just cancel my service, write it off as a loss, and continue using the company I have always been with. They have always been good to me, and I prefer knowing that they will do what is fair.

Are you saying that you ordered U-verse internet before you were ready to start using the service and that you did not cancel your old ISP once AT&T had activated your account?

I think he is talking about having to pay for the service before he uses it or being billed in advance. Which everybody does.
