I"m just curious if the photos at the below link are representative of AT&T's professional installation.
BTW, I called the day after this cable was "buried" (at least in a few places) and was told someone would contact me within 48 hours to rectify. That hasn't happened. I was not home the day this happened, or I would not have let this guy get away with this shoddy work.

Send Alex a PM he is an AT&T Community Manager on the forum. He will get you to the right person to get this issue resolved.

You could always call 311 for your city and they could possibly help?
