Internet Speed Way Too Slow

It took AT&T 3 weeks to finally install Uverse after multipe rescheduling without notice and when it's finally installed the internet service is way too slow and TV channels are extremely limited. There's more infomercial & music channels than anything else. The TV service is also very slow sometimes video or audio stumbles for a short time.

Speedtest took about 1-2 minutes:

I'm paying way too much for internet and the speed that I'm getting supposed to be 18Mbps. I'm getting 0.52 Mbps

For internet, use http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/  for speed testing purposes, speedtest.net has many rinky-dink servers that do not reflect your actual speed.  I have 12 M internet and consistantly get 11.51/1.47 at speakeasy.

I don't know what TV level you have, but I have u200 and have a great channel selection.

If you can, download SomeJoe's Uverse Realtime: http://www.uverserealtime.com/

Then post (using the little tree on the reply page) these screenshots:
IP Profile
Bitloading
Error Table
Coax/HPNA (if there is anything showing up)

Works on Windows, not Mac

With this info we can see if you have any problems.

You have a major problem. You should be getting close to the 18meg if you are not watching TV.   Try this link for UV Realtime read the Documentation on the Download page to see if you wish to use the program.  SomeJoe7777 or someone else can help answer any questions you have.

Absolutely nothing wrong w/bitloading, error table screenshots, but that power level on the IP/Profile in gold is troublesome.  I'm 400' from the VRAD and have a 25.5, you're 900' and only have 10.8, should be above 20 or so, something is wrong.

Call TS and see if they run a test on your RG/system and see any problems from their end.  Good luck
