Hello. The installer left what I believe is the telephone line running from my house, across my yard, and across the neighbor's yard and driveway into the other neighbor's yard. I'm assuming we aren't all supposed to mow over it come summer. Should I also assume that someone is coming back to bury it? The installer left his ladder, as well, but I don't have a number to call for him. The stupid automated service at the main phone number doesn't have an option for "post-install leftovers" and I don't know who else to contact. Thanks!

Contact Alex, one of the Community Managers via PM. He'll be able to get the right people involved.

Lines are buried within 7 - 10 days.

One of my neighbors apparently got uverse, and the installer left a line running from a pole to the opposite fence. I've tried calling att, but they say they can't help me because I'm not a customer. Any ideas about what to do? I don't even know where the line goes after it leaves my yard.

Lines are usually buried within 10 days, if it's been longer than that, Contact Alex one of the AT&T Community Managers via PM and he'll get it escalated to the right people.
