My billing issue

Hi
I am not sure from where to start, but recently I got a bill for $141.99 for my ATT u-verse internet
You guys have charged me $55 for sending a technician and another $55 for replacing your broken modem. As agreed by your agent, this amount was resolved and also because of ATT I faced one month outage, I was promised to receive $48-$50 discount. So my final bill is around $3.xx
Having one hour discussion and resolving this issue, my bill still shows $113. I do not expect to call ATT again and again and repeat myself to get things resolved. Its hard to spend time with your customer service for an issue which is already resolved from my side.
Is there any reason from breaking this TRUST? Is ATT suppose to irritate their customer like this forever?
I excpect ATT to call me and tell me the reason why they are doing this? And when you guys will stop bugging me? There have been tons of instances I can talk about where I have to suffer because of ATT.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE RESOLVE MY ISSUE AND STOP ANNOYING YOUR CUSTOMER
