NEED A COPORATE LEVEL PERSON'S CONTACT INFORMATIO N....ASAP

I called the u-verse department (please note: call begin at around 4:45 pm on 5/14/12), to dispute some charges and to schedule a payment. The customer rep (Robin, RL4754) was not helpful, so i asked to speak to a supervisor. I was on hold for 2 hrs and 57 mins, still not supervisor. Robin told me there wasn't on avaliable, they were all tied up. At 7:51 a "so called" supervisor got on the line with me (did not get name). He told me he was going to get a hold of another department ,to see what he can do....so again i was put on hold....by 8:15, I was still on hold. I used my another cell phone to call the same #...they were closed...I still on hold...so I go on internet to find another # (877-998-7576), I spoke to Tiffany, she then try to find out who put me on hold but when she called the main office, they to were closed. There was nothing she could do for me at that point...therefore i continued to hold...finally at 9:16 pm, i ended the call.
My issue was never resolved and my services are still disconnected!!!!

So, you called 15 minutes before closing time of the business offices and then expected what? Were you trying to prove a point by sitting four and a half hours on hold? After no more than 10 minutes on hold you should have hung up and tried calling back.
You can not "dispute" charges and/or get your service reactivated during non-business hours. I suggest, if you want to call back in, starting your call in the morning shortly after 8:00AM. First confirm your phone number, then just keep repeating "none of those" to the rest of the prompts and it will transfer you to a person, at which point, insist that they transfer you to the Retention Department. They have always been able to resolve any problems I've had.
If your schedule prohibits you from calling during business hours (8:00-5:00), send a message to Alex and he will have someone contact you within a couple days to address your issues and provide you with a resolution. Click the little blue envelope, upper right corner of page, to see his reply.

My services where disconnect because the rep i spoke to last week failed to tell i could speak to another department to schedule my payment. She said, she could no longer help me because the system crashed, i was suppost to receive a call back but didn't (looks like, per all the postings on this community page , that an on going issue with ATT). In addition, when I spoke to Tiffany from the web base customer help line, she said ATT was having issue over the weekend to. But when i called on Monday my services where already temporary disconnected. Since ATT had these issue, I thought they would at least work with me but they didn't they want to take responsibility for the internal errors...the accounting department didn't care what i had to say.
