I got the UVERSE "installed" on 10/21 and it would not work for the ATT install tech,The installer took all day and I missed a day of work. The installer "left" for lunch,said he would be back.. and never came back.. almost 2 hours later I called and asked what was going on,I was told A Service tech supposedly came by and checked on it that same day to figure out why it wouldn't come up..... I never saw him. So I was scheduled for a new appointment 10/25. I confirmed that appointment that same morning.. everything was great and then No service tech came by.... I called and was told that there was a error and the computer didn't show I had an appointment..I was put on hold with many break-ins with the rep thanking me for holding... I spent the next 55 minutes literally with a rep trying to figure it out, THEN.. The rep on the phone has a FIRE DRILL-(I could hear the alarm) and He tells me he would have to call me back after the fire drill.. So I missed half a day of work... And No ONE ever called me back! Today is day 7 that I have delt with AT&T and it has been a nightmare!!!
