Hi, I would like to speak with someone re: the negative experience I had ordering service and installation of service. I have spoken to customer service and technical support MANY times over the past 2 months and each time I have asked for contact information for whom I could share my negative experience/make a complaint and all, but one time, was told there was no one else I could talk to or that I would have to go online to make a complaint. On the one exception I was given a number for "executive appeals", but when I called no one seemed to know what I was talking about or to whom I could talk. Please let me know who I can contact. Thank you.
