New Customer Blues

We just had U Verse installed Monday ( TV, Internet, and phone), only able to watch one movie before the whole system went out. We have been down since Tuesday. Luckily for cell phones, otherwise how would I have been able to contact customer service. My biggest peeve is that we had to wait for three days for service to come out. That is certainly not a good way to start. I hope that things get better.

IF it goes out again, you can contact our Community Manager via PM to get someone out there immediately. Hopefully, you won't have to!
Make sure they credit your bill for all services for those outage days. Alex can help with that as well.

Service was out today and replaced the control box that houses the battery. So far so good.

If you ever have to call ts again and you are told you have to wait several days for service, end the call and call back. Speak to another CSR who is willing to get you an earlier appointment.
