OK, called the "automated" Uverse-TV help system this moring and it decided I needed a tech to roll a truck and that our time slot was 12-4pm. Here we are at 4:42pm CDT and no tech, no phone call that they will be late.
Time to cut the cord and go back to Dish.. AT&T... It's ALWAYS your business to loose!!
Just like with Comcast, once I cut the cord, I never ever go back!
For those wanting to say how great their service has been, no need to reply to this.
