Outstandin g Customer Service: A most sincere 'Thank You' to Oreana in Rochester.

I rarely take the time or effort to say much about customer service one way or the other (unless it is really bad) but in this case it was really good, no great.
Oreana was pleasant, cheerful, easy to understand (one of my major complaints about customer service) and acted like she genuinely wanted to help me solve my problem. She went over my bill with me step by step and made sure she understood what it was I was trying to accomplish and then explained back to me what it was she was going to do to resolve the issue.
If all of at&t's customer service personnel were as nice and caring as Oreana they would have me as a customer for life. It is the first time in a long time that I actually talked to someone in customer service that made me feel like I was a customer and not a commodity.
