When sold AT&T digital TV, the representative misrepresented that I would be able to get all NFL games. By the time the season came around and I figured out it was a lie, AT&T customer service told me to stuff it, I would have to pay penalties to cancel my service. So, I waited until April of this year to cancel, just the television service. That customer service rep appologize and gave me an $80 credit on my bill and set my account up to cancel on 4/10/2012. I check my credit card statement tonight. AT$T did not cancel my service, they charge me the full amount. This is the crappiest corporation. I will be canceling all of my services. I recommend you do to....

Just a thought--maybe a bunch of U-verse subscribers could participate in a forum where people with problems could seek information and solutions instead of just venting? If the OP would like to address his issues, there are resources here to do so constructively and effectively. But I doubt that too many folks will cancel based on this recommendation--I know I won't.

Me neither. Our U-verse TV service is great. We have no intention of canceling it. I recently checked the only available compeition here....Commcrap and the two Satellite services.....and they were all more expensive with fewer channels and services.
