I've always been a fan of AT&T's products, services, and whatnot, but I'm convinced that U-Verse is bent on trying to kill those feelings. We've got the black 2Wire modem and the silver U-Verse box. Anyways... On a really good day, the TV/Internet signal will only cut out maybe 5 times throughout the day. On a bad day, I'll sit and try to use the internet or watch TV, and it'll cut out 10+ times in an hour (I don't know if that sounds outrageous, but I'm dead serious, unfortunately). Another problem I'm experiencing has to do with just the television's DVR. About a week ago, I saw that my recording space was at 0%, so I went through and tried to delete a recording. When I tried to delete something, it'd make me wait for 2+ minutes, and would say that the program couldn't be deleted because it was being viewed by another TV. I knew that it wasn't being watched by someone else, but I tried deleting something else, but met the same problem. I figured that it was possibly a problem that could be fixed by a quick reset, so I reset box, and returned to the recorded programs page to find the message, "There aren't any recorded programs available to watch. To schedule programs to record, go to Add recording." It's saying I don't have any recordings, but it still says that I have no recording space still. Now I'll try to pause, rewind, or fast forward, and I get the message, "Pause/Fast Forward/Rewind is temporarily unaivalable. Try again." I'll try to hit record, and I get the message, "The DVR system IS working. Please try again." I'm very confused when it comes to both situations, so any input is greatly appreciated.

Your Error Table indicates some possible issues with your system. Call Technical Support at the number shown in my signature. They will run tests on your system to help identify the issue.
