I don't want what happened to me to happen to anyone else! I signed up for U-verse and was told I would receive a $100 promo card. I just assumed it would be mailed to me because no one told me otherwise. I didn't learn until it was too late that I had to redeem it online. When I emailed someone at AT&T to inquire about it no one responded. It's as if AT&T wants people to not know how to redeem rewards so they don't have to give them out.
I'm very disappointed with every aspect of AT&T's customer service. I don't have a chioce when it comes to my cable provider because of the building I live in. If I did I would not choose AT&T. I am considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I too was told we would be receiving 200.00 in rewards. After not receiving it I had to call the Reward Center. It hadn't even been keyed in. They told me that my 200.00 dollars-repeat 200.00 dollars would come in the mail. I only received 100.00. Called them again and now they are saying it was only 100.00. I told them that was not true. I have to contact my representative to get this straight who may not be working there anymore. I am very disatisfied with every aspect of this situation. If not resolved I will move back to Cox Cable.
