I signed up for the u-300 service in July which was giving me a rebate card of between $200-$300, can't remember which, 3 months free hbo/showtime included in the package. Pretty much it was the same package as is being offered currently.. I have been waiting for notification for my rebate cards and when I called today was told I was not eligible, because I had received the amount in discounts. These so called discounts are what are offered in the package deal, the card was over and above that package deal. This to me is out right fraud. My daughter had the same exact package and got the reward card.

I have a question about this. I signed up for Uverse and I also had the U300 package(By mistake they placed me with that when all I wanted was 200 in the first place) When I was given a rebate offer for that same packed in July of this year I was just given $150. I feel something else should have been given since they ruined my package and made me pay for service I did not ask for in the first place.
