I was supposed to receive a $50 reward card for this transaction and haven't received anything in the mail.. is there something I need to be doing?

Go to www.att.com/rewardcenter and check your reward.  Call 877-258-1427 to talk to the rewards center.  Good luck

No reewards number because nothing has come in the mail... and I HATE calling ATT! But if I don't get anything in the next few days I guess I will have to call. It REALLY shouldn't come down to this. I have a limited number of minutes per month for calling and it irks me to have to use them because someone isn't doing their job.
