U-verse Internet SUCKS - 13 days to get it installed

I have just been informed that it will take 13 days to install my U-verse Internet. OMG, are you kidding me?? Funny, I don't remember seeing that in the tv or print ads that I've seen! Thanks AT&T, shows just how much you value your customers!!

Not to mention that my floor in my apartment can not get U-verse TV but that doesn't stop AT&T from sending flyers or asking me when I called to complain about my very slow internet installation if I want to sign up for U-verse TV!

AT&T here's an idea, install my U-verse internet before you try to sell me other products that I am unable to get anyway!
