Whenever I put my address in to the uverse availability checked it tells me its not available. Yet houses that are less than a mile away can get uverse. And when I call ATT they tell me the same thing - not available. I would like to get Uverse internet. I have seen other posts that mention contacting ATT employees that handle uverse. Should I do that and if so who should i contact?

Houses a mile away is a long distance for U-verse service. Can your next door neighbors receive U-verse? If not, it appears that you are not in a location that can receive U-verse.

A half mile (2640 feet) can be the difference between U-verse being available and U-verse not being available.
