Unhappy with AT&T

I am going to look at my service contract and if I don't have a time agreement with AT&T, I am cancelling my serive with them. I paid more when I had Time Warner, but I NEVER had any problems with loss of cable or internet. I'm willing to pay more for better service.

If you have a contract, you most like have an ETF. If you want it fixed so it's good like the service I've had for 3 1/2 years, I'd contact David and his tier2 team here:

I have a feeling that as AT&T tries to push their wireline broadband products out further and further on older and older infrastructure that these kind of issues are only going to become more the norm rather than the exception.
