I'm tired of using the phone to deal with this so maybe someone here can actually get me some answers. I had an appointment yesterday for internet installation between noon and 4pm. At 4:20 I called because no one had shown up or called me. After 30 minutes on hold I'm finally told that my tech was held up at another installation but he was still coming and would call first. At 8:30pm he still hadn't called or shown up so once again I had to pick up the phone to find out what was going on. I'm told that there was a problem with the signal and a ticket had been opened A FEW HOURS AGO and that had to be fixed before they could do an installation. I'm fine with all of that BUT WHY DIDN'T ANYONE CONTACT ME? The customer service I'm receiving is unacceptable. You don't just leave a customer hanging like that when they had an appointment. Communicate with them. It takes two minutes to pick up the phone and let me know what's going on. But I had to waste a total of 60 minutes on the phone calling to find out what was going on.
So what happens today? I get an email confirming my installation appointment for YESTERDAY. It's almost laughable at this point. I'm ready to just cancel the whole thing.
