To Whom it may concern:
I have been a uverse customer for about 4 years. I normally rave about uverse and reccomend highly. However, during the month of May, I have had two separate issues with my DVR leaving me without DVR service. While customer support has been amazing and I do have a service appointment scheduled for this upcoming Sunday, I have spent approximately 10 days this month (a third of the month) with out my dvr service, THAT I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR. Not too mention, having to take my personal time to make calls to rectify this problem. I am upset and disappointed. Again, I will say that technical support has been very helpful trying to rectify the situation, but it is still a major inconveince for me.

DEFINITELY call CS and tell them that you need some sort of credit on your bill.
When our service has been out for even a day, I called and asked for credit which they gave without hesitation.

skeeter is right...and if you called it in, they are supposed to give automatic credits on your bill.
