We have not been receiving our bills. We did however, receive a late notice saying we would be disconnected. We paid the bill. Only to finally receive via email another bill including reconnect charges and late fees. I need to receive a paper bill to ensure it goes through my AP process properly! The email bills are not getting to us. I tried to do this online, but received a message that this change could not be made online. So I called. 30 minutes and 7 transfers later - still no help. Every single person I spoke with, while friendly, said - I'm sorry - I can't help you with that, let me transfer you. Any suggestions as to how I can make sure I get a regular monthly bill snail-mailed to my office???? I just need to make sure we receive our bills in a timely fashion so we can actually pay them!!!

You should be able to log into your U-verse account online to change from paperless billing to paper billing. If you are unable to do this, send a PM to Alex who is an AT&T Community Manager on this forum.
Also, check the settings on your account to make sure that you will receive email notification when a PM is received on this forum.
