WHY IS TRYING TO PAY MY BILL SO DIFFICULT? ???

Why can I not just call a number and simply put in my information and pay a bill or hear what my bill is? I do not understand how to Link accounts, I don't know how many accounts I was asked to make... WHY IS THIS SITE SO DIFFICULT ????
ALL I WANT TO DO IS VIEW MY BILL...THEN PAY IT...I've tried linking accounts but it says I can't for an error, says I'm not signed in on primary account, I dont KNOW what the primary account is because I had to make all these accounts????
WHO RUNS AT&T website? Who can I complain to???

They want you to sign up for automatic bill pay.

Are you trying to pay your U-verse bill? If so, there is no need to link any accounts.
What website are trying to access to pay your bill?

I've not been asked to set up auto bill pay and wouldn't do it anyway. I always pay it online from my account.

I had auto bill pay and cancelled it with no problems. I also pay my bill online and have not been asked to sign up for bill pay.

I know what you mean... I don't do any account linking, but I definitely have the same problem with logging in and paying ATT. I've contacted the web dept multiple times and they have yet to figure out how to fix my account. As a result I can't even log in or pay! It has been over 2 months now... yet, they are still fixing the issue? Come on... give me a break.

I couldnt agree with these users more... ATT website SUCKS... it's like children put it together with legos and lincoln logs
