Well then I'm confused. What happened to your phone?
All the "perks" the Rep was telling you about are for new customers only (without current service).

OK, it probably was too good to be true. More than likely, amongst all those managers and supervisors, they figured out someone sold you something they should not have, so they just cancelled the order. As I mentioned, that level of perks (rewards) is normally only for new customers with no pre-existing AT&T services. If you turned off the phone, but kept your internet and TV, you would not have been eligible for those rewards and/or pricing.
When the price went up, did you try to get a new promotional pricing package before you disconnected the phone?
I kind of doubt you will get all those reward cards, but you should be able to get the price worked on and get the phone working if you send a message to Alex. He will have someone contact you within a couple of days who can get you a resolution to your problems.

Thank you for posting that you got your issues resolved. We don't try to blow people off by sending them to Alex. The majority of the people that post on these forums are users and we have zero access to account information.

Thank you, Everyone! I am also having discrepancies between my order form from the salesman and the actual bill--BIG difference between the bill amount quoted by the salesman and that which actually appears on the bill from ATT.
I wrote to "Alex" after I read your messages.
I will repost when "Alex" replies.

If you are looking at your first bill, remember it's prorated for the current month as well as one month ahead so your first bill will always be larger. If you have a special promotion on your internet such as the $19.95 price and it's showing as $45, it takes 3 billing cycles for the $19.95 price to start showing correctly. Also if your ordered from a door to door salesman, well, let's just say they are less than scrupulous when it comes to selling you something. Good luck. Alex should get you taken care of.
