I received an envelope that said I was receiving a reward for being a customer for one year as of 06/2012. It prompted me through how to receive my award. First login to this website, chose this service, enter your account number printed here, and then guess what? "We can't find your account number or your account number is invalid". For once I thought I might get a nice little treat for having put up with the worst TV service in existense. But it was just another cruel trick. Haha you thought AT&T was going to buy you a pizza. Sucker!!!
I am a Uverse 450 customer and have been for over a year. I'm switching to something else as soon as my commitment is up.

Was it the AT&T rewards website? Surely it didn't say to log into the forums.

You definitely would not have been instructed to log onto this forum to redeem an reward.
By the way, I know a number of U-verse customers who have redeemed the anniversary gift of a free pizza and a movie. The reward is for real!

Leaving U-Verse because you didn't get a free pizza? Ha! I'm staying with AT&T, just because of the "Nosiree Bob / Who's Bob?" commercial!
