I am trying to add DirectTv to my phone and internet bundle. Online it says I will only be charged a one time fee of about $20. However at checkout it is repeatedly telling my drivers license is invalid. I have been trying to get this done for MONTHS. I have called over ten times for hours and all they can tell me is they can do it over the phone which comes up to over $200 in connection fees. I want my online price and I am not understanding why it won't accept a perfectly good drivers license? Anyone else with this issue?
