I am done with uverse. absolutely terrible service and support
all services (tv and internet) went down friday night. called for support on saturday morning , 9AM. i was told that ticket was issued and tech will be there shortly. over 2 days i spend hours with them on the phone. no one showed up. its late sunday, i am without internet and they keep saying someone will be there shortly.
the problem apparently outside on the wiring, i dont have to be home, but i suspect no one will come any time soon.
how about this for support....2 hours ago, manager said over the phone that teck is on his way, provided teck name and phone number. i called, no one to answer. i called to dispatch 1 hour later, and they told me that no one send tech to work on the issue yet and best possible will be tomorrow morning.
anyhow, i was with time warner for 5 years, never had any issues. att convinced me to switch and i regret it now.
will cancel tomorrow, already ordered time warner services. bad, just simply bad
