I am going to make this fairly short and sweet. All billing issues, cost issues, and pricing issues aside (and there are many of these), I expected AT+T to at least give excellent service. They haven't. The DVR they gave me went bad. Sent me a new one, the NEW one is bad... spent an hour on the phone arguing with the guy trying to explain to him it was a second bad unit. He hangs up on me (which happens often with AT+T service) and the next person I get a hold of (who was actually awesome) troubleshoots and comes to find that it is indeed a second bad unit.
Now they are sending me a 3rd unit. I have been without service for a week, this is not the first time AT+T has let me down. Worst off, they have no customer care support. Only this probably unmonitored board. I am going to be an AT+T enemy for life.
