Have had occasional problems with receivers in the past year, but so far have received satisfactory (and no-cost) solutions. Hopefully current problem will be properly resolved. But regardless, very appreciative of "Dawn's" service in dealing with my complaint. Must admit, though, my wife and I are getting very fed up with the last-generation hardware that ATT wants us to use. Gotta believe that new customers get better stuff than we have to put up with. Where is the loyalty to those of us who have been long-term customers who ALWAYS pay bills when due?

Not all new subs get better equipment. I have read posts where new subs stated they got refurbished equipment. If you are having problems getting your issues resolved you can contact the Community Managers, and Community Specialists here in the forum.
